ANDREW LING

     Welcome to Solid Ground Fitness! We are so grateful that you are considering us to help you achieve your fitness goals!

 

     We believe that everyone deserves to have the physical ability to love and enjoy the people and things they care for most. We believe everyone needs to be strong and realize strength looks different for different people.

 

     Some people may view strength as the ability to stand up on their own, and others may view strength as the ability to lift heavy weight. Whatever your views on strength entail, our goal is to provide you with the best program for your needs and goals. Being strong enough for daily life is what keeps us healthy, independent, and able to enjoy the things we love for as long as possible.

 

     My name is Andrew Ling, and I am an NSCA Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Lvl 2 Coach, and Team USA Olympic Weightlifting Lvl 1 Coach. I strive to be as knowledgeable and prepared as possible to assist anyone in any phase of life.
