Policies

  1. All personal training sessions will be provided by certified personal trainers holding current and accredited certifications.

  2. All Clients must be 18 years of age or older or have written permission from their legal guardian.

  3. All Personal Trainers and “Solid Ground Fitness” reserve the right to request medical clearance from a licensed medical professional if necessary.

  4. Clients must immediately communicate any concerns (discomfort or pain) arising from their Personal Training sessions with the Personal Trainer.

  5. Personal Training, along with any physically demanding activities, come with the potential risk of injury. Personal Trainers and “Solid Ground Fitness” will not be held liable for any injury sustained while undergoing personal training, online coaching, online programming, or recommended exercises.

  6. The Client must schedule all sessions prior to the initial Personal Training session. These sessions may be rescheduled based on Client-Personal Trainer agreement.

  7. Payment for Personal Training Services can be made through Venmo or Cashapp to the Personal Trainer.  Payment must be made in advance of the first training sessions, or online coaching/programming cycles.

  8. No Refunds will be issued for personal training sessions, online coaching, or online programming for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.

  9. Partner Training is limited to two individuals. Both Clients must be present during buddy training sessions. If only one individual is present, a session will still be subtracted from the total number of sessions purchased. Proration will not be permitted.

  10. Should the Personal Trainer arrive late to a session, the Personal Trainer must make up the time lost with the Client at no additional charge. If the Personal Trainer must cancel a session, he or she will notify the Client ONE day in advance.

  11. Late Clients will forfeit any session time lost based on his or her tardiness. Personal Trainers will wait no longer than 10 minutes for Clients. After 10 minutes, the session will be forfeited. Clients must provide cancellation notification at least ONE day in advance or forfeit the session. No refunds will be provided.

  12.  Sessions purchased must be used within a SIX-MONTH PERIOD, after which they will be voided. Unused sessions will not be refunded.

  13. Success is 100% dependent on the individual. The job of “Solid Ground Fitness” and its Personal Trainers and Coaches is to provide reliable methods of training that are scientifically proven to either increase muscle mass, muscle endurance, cardiovascular health, athletic performance, or weight loss depending on the Client’s goals.
