Kettlebell Conditioning is designed for building strength & endurance. Build muscle through 4 days of resistance training, and cardiovascular fitness through 3 days of high intensity and steady state training. The program includes 8 weeks of programming with reps and sets spelled out, as well as video library with exercise demonstrations for each day. 

 

Version V2 includes printable pages for tracking every workout. Keep track of your weights, reps, rounds, and distances for a more calculated approach to your training.
